Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For physical products:

  • We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the order #, receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at info@leftwickengineering.com. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a discounted return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your return amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and only returned to you at your expense.
  • All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and that amount will be deducted from your return amount in addition to the return shipping cost.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For digital products or custom design work:

  • We do not offer refunds in part or in whole for digital products.
  • If a custom order or custom design work has begun following a signed off design review the 50% deposit required to begin work is non-refundable.
  • Any change requested following an approved quote, the 50% deposit provided and a signed off design review will require a change order, a new quote and an additional 50% deposit to cover half of the increased cost.
  • If a new quote is provided following a change order and the customer decides to discontinue proceeding entirely the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable.
